Built to be read by everyone.

We aim for WCAG 2.2 AA on this site: keyboard navigation throughout, visible focus states, sufficient color contrast, scalable text, captions on any video we publish, and respect for prefers-reduced-motion.

The program itself is text-based by design — which makes it accessible to a lot of people who can't easily get to weekly video calls. If a specific access need is in the way, tell us and we'll try to meet it: hello@firststep.support.
